How to Submit:
You may submit a counter-notification through your account settings at /account/dmca or by contacting our designated agent.
5. Restoration of Content
If we receive a valid counter-notification:
- We will forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
- We will inform the original complainant that we may restore the content in 10 business days unless they file a court action seeking a court order to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in infringing activity
- We may restore the content after 10 business days if no court action has been filed
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A user may be considered a repeat infringer after receiving multiple valid takedown notices.
7. False Claims
Please be aware that filing a false or fraudulent DMCA takedown notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We may also pursue legal action against individuals who knowingly submit false claims.
8. Good Faith
We expect all parties to act in good faith when submitting takedown notices or counter-notifications. Abuse of the DMCA process may result in termination of your account and legal action.
