Inkstra now has a release calendar! Readers/creators can now use the 'Release Calendar' button on the homescreen to see what chapters are published on whichever day. If want to look into the past to see what you missed, you can. If you want to look into the future to see which are scheduled for released, feel free! Or if you want to do a daily check-in to see what's on the menu tonight, that is also doable. Desktop supports a calendar view and a condensed list view, and mobile supports the condensed list view. Two updates rather close together! The creator feed appeared to resonate with people so I figured I would expand on it a bit since most of the bones were in place, and now we have a global creator feed that will show all of the creator's posts! If you navigate to https://inkstra.ink/posts , you will be able to see either the most recent global feed which shows all of Inkstra's authors posts or personalized 'Following' and 'For You' tabs that show posts from creators that you follow or recommendations based off of what you read (adjacent series in the same genre maybe?). As to make Inkstra not another social media platform, this currently only allows authors with 1+ approved series to post so things don't get bogged down by non-webcomic content. I have also expanded the comment section to allow replies and threads, so all readers can comment and reply to each other or converse with the author publicly. If this is well received, I will consider trying to integrate this with the home page, but for now you can reach this page from the homepage using the glowing 'Social feed' button. Creator feed is finally here! From the author dashboard you can now create posts. It will notify anybody that follows your account. You can add up to 5 images to posts and inject them basically wherever you want with some line breaks, or just leave it text only. A new dashboard can be found on the author portal at https://inkstra.ink/author/post, and it has its own navigation button to get there from the author portal. On each series there's a more prominent 'Author Profile' button that leads to the profile for the author. If a user has posted an update to their feed, the 'feed' tab will show first. Otherwise it'll show the 'Created series' tab that shows series that the author has created along with chapters. There may be a bit of processing time for images just as an FYI.
