It laid the groundwork for the universe by following the crazy misadventures of slacker-punk Chiitsu, his insane synthetic girlfriend Eva, and their rapidly expanding web of family and friends. (SP originally ran from 2004-2019)
Chapter description
it's been five months since Eva and Chiitsu split up. Chii hasn't left his room since, and now all the shonen punks are starting to worry about him. Neko-chan, tired of his moping, decides to drag him to a huge punk show during spring break.
